Original land deed signed by Beverley Randolph, Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, 9 July 1787. The deed designates four thousand acres, in Greenbrier County, Virginia on the waters of the Gauley River to Jeremiah Warder, Jeremiah Parker and Richard Parker.
