A scrapbook of newspaper clippings concerning World War I. There are a few scattered items on other subjects including a list of postmasters in Morgantown post office from 1795 to 1912 and list of post office employees currently employed at date of printing; also, an article on a proposed special levy in Monongalia County to raise funds to be expanded for buildings at WVU. Book plates inside front cover states this scrapbook was donated to the library by the Douthat family in 1926.
