West Virginia Sesquicentennial Memorial China Plate
China plate memorializing the West Virginia Sesquicentennial. It measures 9 inches in diameter by 1 1/2 inches high. Its face is decorated with a state seal in blue and gold; its rim is ornamented with blue and gold trim. The plate was produced as a limited edition special design by the Homer Laughlin China Company of Newell, West Virginia.
