West Virginia University, Wedgewood Plates
Two Wedgewood plates, each decorated by an illustration of the Health Sciences Center Pylons, a sculpture by Milton Horn. The pylons were commissioned in 1954 and completed two years later, and depict the development of the "healing arts," including medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and dentistry through the ages.
