Two photocopied documents listing members of companies of volunteer soldiers, with number of days in service and amounts paid by J.M. Byrnside, agent of Monroe County. The first list pertains to the company of Captain Christopher I. Beirne in May 1861; the second list pertains to the company of Captain Fielding Fleshman in May or June 1861.

Neale Family Letters (photocopies)

The first, dated 6 June 1833 from Thomas Neale to Lewis Maxwell concerns the disappearance of the children of his daughter, Julia Jackson Woodson. The second letter, dated 23 February 1864, from W.R. Neale, discusses Stonewall Jackson's death.
