An invoice book kept by County Commissioner, J.R. Paul of the Wheeling Grape Sugar and Refining Company. Transferred from Ohio County Court Record Books, the book contains business receipts and minutes to meetings. The minutes are mostly about appointment of company officers, issuing of stock and construction of the firm's physical plant.
