The papers of Hugh Ike Shott of Bluefield, W.Va. Mr. Shott was owner and publisher of The Blue Field Telegraph and the Sunset News. He was also owner of radio stations WHIS of Bluefield, and served as postmaster in Bluefield by appointments of Presidents T. Roosevelt and Taft.
