Gift of Sheriff Wade Graham of the Preston County Jail, 1978 September 1 and December 11.
Reels PRE 1-15 were formerly A&M 0214, which was a gift of the Preston County Courthouse in Kingwood, WV, 1987 March 31.
During the 2026 reprocessing project, A&M 0214 was merged into this collection. Reels PRE 1- PRE 15 were formerly A&M 0214; since they were already connected with A&M 2578 and there were no other materials for A&M 0214, the decision was made to merge them.
Item 13 was a collection of papers, which were moved into a folder as part of the 2026 reprocessing project.
