Index Card Notes: To the honorable senate and delegates of VA. Your memorialists of Jefferson Co. feel that a bank established at Harpers-Ferry would benefit the whole state.
Your memorialists also pray that you will enact a law, directing the court of Jefferson County to appoint an inspector who shall examine all flour and corn meal brought to Harpers-Ferry for sale or exportation according to the provisions of the inspection law.
