Index Card Notes: To the general assembly of Virginia: The undersigned citizens of the county of Wood again present themselves before your honorable body for the legislative privilege of improving our condition, by the construction of a railroad from some point on the South Branch of the Potomac River, through north western Virginia to the Ohio River, not below the mouth of the Little Kanawha River.
