The memorial of the undersigned, citizens of the County of Taylor respectfully represents that they are informed that an application will be urged upon your honorable body, for an alteration of the act of the last session granting a right of way to the B&O RR. company, so as to permit that co. to select a terminus for their work upon the Ohio River as far down as the Little Kanawha... your memorialists respectfully remonstrate against such privilege being granted said company.
