The undersigned, inhabitants of the Counties of Mason, Cabell, and Kanawha, respectfully represent to the Senate and House of Delegates of VA. that in their opinion, their own convenience and prosperity, as well as that of VA. will be materially advanced by the erection of a new County to be formed out of the three Counties above named... etc. Your petitioners pray a new county be formed.
