Index Card Notes: The the honorable the General Assembly of VA.: The memorial of the undersigned citizens of the county of Harrison respectfully represent that many years ago a route for a road was surveyed from Sistersville, in Tyler County, to a point on the Northwestern Turnpike Road...your memorialists pray the aid of the Legislature, for the proposed improvement of the above mentioned road between Sistersville and the Northwestern Turnpike.
