Index Card Notes: To the general assembly of Virginia: The undersigned, citizens of Doddridge County, respectfully pray, that a company may be incorporated with power to construct a railroad from the town of Parkersburg to some point on or near Tygart's Valley or Cheat River, and with authority, should be said co. when organized deem it more expedient, to connect with the said railroad with the B&O RR.
