The undersigned, citizens of Monroe County, respectfully petition your honorable body that upon application of 25 legal voters, of any county or corporation, a poll shall be opened at the next election of delegates to the general assembly, for the purpose of recording the vote of the qualified voters in favor of, and against, the granting of licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquors by the county or corporation courts...etc. Xerox Copy Purchase.
