Hills command is reported cut to pieces we must have troops arms and ammunition without delay there are none here from Genl Kelley telegraphs he will send men from Wheeling they should go by special train to Walkers station tonight the railroad guard should be on the alert and a competent officers sent to take charge of the whole force.
