The other face shows the image of soldiers, a tank, and a helicopter with writing around the edge that reads "Citizen soldier in peace and war; West Virginia Army National Guard"; this face also lists the guard units that served. The key chain is a silver colored coin with an attached split ring; one face bears the image of an eagle and the other the outline of the state of West Virginia. The card is printed with a "Welcome Home" message from West Virginia Governor Gaston Caperton.
