Biographical / Historical

Dr. Andrew Clark contributed funds to establish the hospital in the 1920s, as did US Senator Johnson Camden who donated his home. Dr. Andrew Clark is a descendant of the Dr. Clark who owned the medical kit found in this collection. Dr. Clark practiced from 1852-1902.
