Elkins College history professor and administrator who has collected material about the West Virginia politician and businessman, Henry G. Davis (1823-1916). Ross has composed genealogical material and notes on news articles as well as collecting photocopies of political cartoons and newspaper articles about H. G. Davis. Also included is an original copy, containing an article on Davis, of the 1912 industrial and business edition of the Wheeling Register. .
