Form letters sent by West Virginia University to returning veterans of World War II interested in entering law school. The letters lists specific steps that incoming students should take to secure meals, housing, and registration, indicative of the crowded conditions on college campuses after the end of the Second World War. Also includes exact and estimated costs for an individual student.

A roll of honor containing a listing of those students of West Virginia University who were killed during U.S. involved conflicts in the twentieth century. There are listings for World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. There is also a biographical insert for Joseph P.
