Scope and Contents Collected drawings, paintings, and sketches by Joseph Eldridge Dodd (1907-1945), painter and art professor, as well as biographical information about Dodd. The artworks by Dodd include examples of cover illustrations he did for publications such as "The Crisis", illustrations for sheet music and a newspaper article, and a photograph of an art exhibit presumed to have been at Bluefield State College.
