Company enrollment book kept by Ephraim Franklin Morgan, later a governor of WV. Morgan was the company sergeant in charge of its clerical affairs as a quartermaster. The book records name, rank, date of discharge, any fines imposed, and leaves of absence. One of the other prominent members of the company was Davis Elkins, later a U.S. Senator from West Virginia.
