West Virginia University, War Dead Honor Roll
A roll of honor containing a listing of those students of West Virginia University who were killed during U.S. involved conflicts in the twentieth century. There are listings for World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. There is also a biographical insert for Joseph P. Bongiorni, the lone University fatal casualty of Operation Desert Storm.

A 128 page photographic history of World War I, including "photographs by the official photographers accompanying each army" that were "collected and arranged by Francis J. Reynolds and C. W. Taylor". It focuses on the western front, and on America's participation in the conflict, and was issued in 1918 by the New York company P. F. Collier & Son Publishers.

American posters document recruitment, and the campaigns for the Liberty Bond, Victory Liberty Loan, and the United War Work Campaign, the latter supporting organizations such as the American Library Association, YMCA, and the YWCA, among others.
