Xerox copies of the correspondence of William White, Cregan Cave (Greenbrier County) 1871-1897. William White (II) fitted himself to become a land surveyor, and for many years held the official position of surveyor of Greenbrier County. Letters relate to surveys and sale of several acres of land for George S. and John C. Knox and E. C. Halliday.

Anderson; tax receipts 1890s for capitation and personal property in the Irish Corner District signed by the Sheriff of Greenbrier County copy of a survey of two lots in the town of Ronceverte 1883, for Ben Hurxthal 9 with sketch showing lots); bill of costs for the Lebanon Church; and a tribute in memoriam, to Alexander McVeigh Miller Jr., president of the WVU Law class of 1900-1901. He received his A. B. and L. L. [D.] degrees the day before he was 21 years of age.
Original reports from the Centerville (1879 Aug 1883 Sep), and Indian Creek (Monroe County) (1883 Oct 1884 Dec) branches of the Alderson Grange Co-operative Association as given to the Manager of Alderson for his monthly report to the directors.
Addition Letters (1881-1885) and account books (4 items, 1879-1886) of the Grange Cooperative Association, Alderson, West Virginia, with material from Centerville (now Greenville), WV, Grange Branch Store. There is correspondence of the Grange's Business Manager, P. B. Miller (1880-1886) with various businesses and J. W. Francis, R. M. Gardner, R. J. Bell, the Grange's agents at the Centerville store. Original monthly reports (scattered) 1879-1883 from the Centreville agent to Miller. Also hand-printed histories by Dixon of the Grange Cooperative of Alderson (1878-1888) and the Bright Mill of Alderson (1875-1910).
